·Do you accept original designs, or are you limited to your existing styles?
We offer both OEM and ODM services. You can send us a technical kit or design sketches, or you can directly select from our existing original design library and replace your brand logo.
·If I only have a reference image or a preliminary idea, can you help me bring it to life?
Absolutely. We have a professional resident designer team. We can use AI tools to create technical sketches, recommend fabric options, and produce an initial sample garment based on your images or inspiration.
·What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Ready-stock styles start at 25 pcs per style. For custom solid-color fabrics the MOQ is 100 pcs per style/color; printed, embroidered or lace styles are 200 pcs per style/color. Custom colors or special weaves may increase MOQ based on fabric supplier requirements.
·How long does sampling take? How much does it cost?
Sample garment production takes 7–10 business days after design and fabric confirmation, and bulk production takes 15–20 days after PP sample approval and deposit. The sampling fee is USD 150–200 per style and is refunded against your bulk order.
·What fabrics do you offer? Are there eco-friendly options?
We focus on high-quality and innovative fabrics, including silk, satin, modal, bamboo, cotton, organic cotton and cooling blends, developed through our 220+ partner mills. We do not hold OEKO-TEX certification in-house, but we can arrange the relevant third-party testing on request.
·How do you guarantee the quality of bulk orders?
We apply a five-stage inspection: fabric inspection, cut-panel inspection, overlock and sewing inspection, ironing, and final inspection after packing. Inspection reports are available on request, and you are welcome to appoint a third-party agency (SGS, Intertek, BV) at your cost.
·What is the production cycle for bulk orders?
After PP sample (pre-production sample) confirmation and deposit receipt, bulk production takes 15–20 days. Repeat orders move faster once the pattern and materials are already confirmed.
·What trade terms (Incoterms) do you support?
FOB, DDP and DAP. For US and European customers, our commonly used DDP model handles customs clearance and duties, and the goods are delivered directly to your warehouse.
